What services do you offer?
I offer end-to-end podcast production, everything from concept development to social media and promotion. I can also offer additional administrative support such as guest outreach and coordination.
What are your working hours?
My typical, in-studio, working hours are 8-6pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, but I am happy to be flexible around my hours, as long as communication is good!
Do you work with clients in different time zones?
Yes, I can accommodate clients in different time zones. However, I prefer to schedule meetings during my working hours to ensure clear communication.
How do you handle project revisions?
2 free revisions per episode, then hourly rate for future revisions.
What is your policy on cancellations for a project that has been started?
Cancellations made up to 24 hours after the project start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after that will need to be paid for in full.
What is your pricing structure?
My pricing varies based on the type of service and project complexity. I have some standardised retainer packages available, but I am happy to work to a variety of scopes and budgets.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Bank transfer is preferred, but Square and Wise are also accepted. Paypal and Crypto are not accepted.
